There is no doubt that Former President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua will be remembered for his adoring, caring and well intentioned nature as a ruler with a positive vision and dream for our dear country.
It is unfortunate that his dream for a better Nigeria had been caught short by an untimely death.
He has however left behind so many achievement which would make his memory linger for a very long time especially considering the type of many dodgy characters that lead this unfortunate nation.
There is no doubt that Yar’Adua left behind many impeccable records of achievement ; Niger Delta crisis, 7- point agenda,an impeccable record as a ruler who left so much in the treasury of his state (Katsina) as a governor after his tenure, a good father figure, an amiable personalty and so on and so forth. He was a likeable personality and a winner of hearts.
Our hearts bleed as we watch the former ruler being untimely committed to mother earth, a necessary process that all of us will have to pass
through when we have our share of the divine call.
We bid bye -bye to a leader with conscience and purpose, a selfless leader who take the plight of the commomn man to heart.
Last honour for a good son of a nation.
