A Service of Songs is to be held this weekend in memory of Mama Princess Ruth Oyinlade Ijaduola, the mother of Pastor Olubusola Ijaduola-Komolafe who passed away recently after a brief illness.
The Service will be held at Dios International Missionary Church, 4335, Adams Blvd Les Angeles, California, United States of America.
A family source said the memorial service will take place this Saturday June 26, 2010.
Time is 5pm prompt and the service is scheduled to end by 7pm.
Mrs Ijaduola passed away recently after a brief illness.
Mama Ijaduola is the mother of our dear Human affairs contributor and columnist, Pastor Olubusola Ijaduola- Komolafe. The delectible social and human affairs commentator wants all comers to be prompt.
She is urging all visitors to the occasion to arrive as early so that all programmes for the day could be covered.
Late Princess Ruth Oyinlade Ijaduola age 71 passed away on May 7, 2010 after a brief illness. She was survived by many children and grandchildren.
She was born in Accra, Ghana on June 20, 1939. Mama’s parents were originally from Imesi-Ile in Osun State Nigeria.
Her parent took her back to their home town of Imesi-Ile when she was a teenager.She grew up as a very devoted Christian an humanitarian worker and discipkinarian who wants the best for all her children and other around her.
Princess Ruth was a trained Nursing Assistant and her love for humanity drove her to nursing profession.
She was very devoted to her profession and got severally reward as an ardent and exemplary worker and leader.
She once spoke jokingly on how her good nature and love for humanity as a caring worker injected Cornelius Ijaduola with sincere love which she reciprocated as the duo later emerged as husband and wife.
She left Nursing profession after getting married to give the best to her marital life and took to business.
Her duty as a devoted wife and passionate mother remain unequalled as Mama was exceptional in both duties. She has been seriously missed since her departure and will be missed for ever..
“Princess Ruth was in every way the Proverbs’ 31 woman. She was a virtuous woman, for her worth is far above rubies. She wasn’t only beautiful outside but she had the most beautiful soul as well. She was caring, loving, thoughtful, so true and very dependable. She was a precious gift from God to everyone that crossed her path” said a very emotional Dr Olubusola, who claimed Mama would remain irreplaceable.
She is survived by her life jewel and husband of 48 years, Mr. Cornelius Ijaduola, children, and many grand-children. She will be buried on July 10, 2010 in her husband town, Ikeji-Arakeji in Osun State, Nigeria.
